Ben is a leader in public policy, sustainability, and housing. Previously Minister for the Cabinet Office and youngest member of the cabinet, Ben was responsible for the design, implementation, and co-ordination of all UK domestic policy, including housing policy. Before politics, Ben ran a global sustainability consultancy, advising multinationals on sustainability strategy. In addition to his deep understanding of housing policy, Ben has an active expertise in sustainable land use and the future of farming.

Tim is a recognised leader in the emerging property sector of master development,
with an unsurpassed knowledge of developing large sites and of the component players in the market.
He joined Urban & Civic as a Development Director in April 2010, where he led the development of Alconbury Weald, Waterbeach and Wintringham, which together amount to over 15,000 new homes. He is the leading expert on the development of
large sites in the United Kingdom.
