Who are we?

We’re Master Developers. We design and build areas that will house thriving new communities. We are currently developing extensions to places around England including Stamford and Canterbury.

We do it by putting people first and working out what life will be like in the new place, from the school run and commute to shopping, socialising and healthy living. Our role includes creating cycle paths and walkways, roads and bus routes, parks and play areas, market squares and commercial areas, community centres and sports pitches. To get it right we need to speak to as many people as possible!

How can you help?

Your views matter to us, wherever you live now or dream of living in future.  We really want to chat, in person or online, to people interested in houses, places and communities.  This will be invaluable to us in making better decisions around designing and developing those places

Why your views are so important

Your time is valuable, and we want to ask you a range of questions about subjects that could include:

• How you think about places (including where you’ve lived)?
• What do you like and dislike about different places?
• What do you value in a local community?
• What sort of language do you use to describe different places?

Please be reassured that we are not trying to sell you anything.  You don’t need to be considering a house move! We just want to learn from your insights and ensure we are creating the right sort of places for real people.

What happens if I decide to take part?

You have been invited to take part in either:

• A focus group – this will take place in person or online.
• A private conversation with one of our team – either on the phone or video call over Microsoft Teams.

Sessions will take up to 90 minutes. There is no preparation needed from you.

A thank you for your time

As a mark of gratitude, we would like to offer £60 for those who speak to us on the phone or online, and £80 if you join us in person.  We will pay you within 5 working days of the session.

Referral Bonus

If you refer somebody who participates (but not in your household), we will pay you a referral bonus of £10. The key terms are as follows:

• To make a referral, the referrer must have completed an interview
• The referee must sign up on the form above
• They must be selected to participate
• They must complete an interview
• They must notify us of the referral either via the registration form of during the interview
• Following the interview, the referee will be paid for their participation and the referrer will be paid the £10 referral bonus via the same details they provided previously.
