What is a Master Developer?
A ‘Master Developer’ is creates large new settlements, from the earliest inception of a project to handing over the keys to the last family to move in. We are involved in every aspect, including land assembly, design, planning, funding, infrastructure provision and the construction.
Why are Master Developers needed and what do they do?
Large new settlements – typically over 1,000 new homes – need specialist expertise if they are to succeed. The master developer is custodian of the long-term vision for the development, ensuring the right green spaces, infrastructure and public services are in place at the right time, to help found a thriving neighbourhood that people love to live in.
