Ben Gummer
Ben was previously Minister for the Cabinet Office where he was responsible for the design, implementation and co-ordination of all UK domestic policy including housing policy. Between 2015-16 Ben was minister for health. His experience in government and as Member of Parliament for Ipswich developed his insight into the importance of high quality public infrastructure and services. Before politics, Ben ran a sustainability consultancy, and continues to have an active interest in sustainable land use.
Tim Leathes
Tim has spent much of the last 25 years managing large scale, mixed-use developments. Most recently as Development Director for Urban & Civic, Tim led the development of Alconbury Weald, Waterbeach and Wintringham which together come to more than 15,000 new homes. Prior to Urban & Civic, Tim was a development manager for the Athletes' Village for the London 2012 Olympics. He has also worked for Bovis Lend Lease and the United Nations’ Human Settlements Division (UN Habitat) to lead logistics in Sri Lanka and the Maldives as part of the post-tsunami reconstruction efforts.
